Hubert de Givenchy (“Gee-von-shee”), the Givenchy Fashion House founder, was born in 1927, in the small town of Beauvais, France. As Givenchy’s father died the boy was raised by his mother and grandfather, an artist and expert tapestry maker.

World-known fashion brand Giorgio Armani was created by Giorgio Armani, an Italian fashion designer born 1934 in Piacenza. His name and name of the brand became the synonymous with high-fashion and couture worldwide and is considered one of the most prestigious names in the fashion industry.
In his youth Armani studied medicine in Milano University. But soon understood that it’s not the thing he is to do in life.
In 1957 right after the army future fashion designer Giorgio Armani applied for a window dresser in the biggest Italian boutique La Rinascente. 1961 to 1970, worked as an assistant designer at a fashion house Nino Cerruti, where he designed for the menswear label “Hitman”.

Gucci – is Florence, Italy, design clothing and leather accessories fashion brand founded in 1921 by Guccio Gucci.
Gucci Fashion House started as little family leather and clothing biz. Being a smart guy Guccio quickly won reputation by hiring the best stuff for his property shops and using the beat materials he could get.
1938 saw the opening of Gucci’s first boutique in Rome. And in 1947 Guccio Gucci presented company’s first trademark – famous bamboo gripsack. In the 1950-c Gucci patented the original stripy canvas patter of girth. The next fashion world received so called “gucci shoes” –metal decorated sued moccasins.
